STM32U375 / 385ラインは、電力効率、性能、高度なセキュリティ、コスト効率の最適なバランスを提供します。この製品ラインは、Arm® Cortex®-M33コアをベースに構築され、256KBのRAMと1MBのFlashデュアル・バンクを搭載しています。この製品ラインは、FDCANとI3C IPを内蔵し、UFQFPN、WLCSP、LQFP、UFBGAの32ピンから100ピンまでの9種類のパッケージで提供されます。
STM32U385xxx製品は、保護メカニズムを組み込んだ暗号機能を備えています。
・ カップリング & チェーニング・ブリッジ(CCB)HALが提供するキー・ハードウェア保護
・ 暗号化、復号、デジタル署名などの公開鍵暗号化操作を高速化する公開鍵アクセラレータ(PKA)
・ ハードウェア・ユニーク・キー(HUK)を使用した、鍵の生成、暗号化、復号などの暗号操作
・ 機密データを保護:AES 128 / 256およびS-AES
